BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1625 Gunbarrel Road, being off the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of Applegate Lane. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 3312, page 47, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 158E-C-1. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. That no access be permitted through Applegate Lane. 2. Subject to condition numbers 1 and 2 set forth in Ordinance No. 8943 (from the Growth Corridor Policy), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. 3. There shall be maintained a fifty (50) foot wide strip of land along the east, south and west property lines where there shall be no development of any structures or parking. The provisions of the Growth Corridor Policy addressed in the Perimeter Landscaping Relating to Abutting Properties: shall be included within this strip of land. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
